The check-in application included in our solution supports the full passenger journey from arrival at the kiosk through to boarding. Passengers can retrieve their booking by scanning a passport, swiping a booking barcode, or entering a reference manually — whatever method suits them best.
The application walks passengers through each step — identity verification, seat selection, address entry, payment for extras, and final boarding document printing — in a clear, guided interface that requires zero staff involvement for standard check-in flows.
